Evans Pebane- Excellent Service

Monday was our turn!!! We can now settle in and catch up on hugs and kisses. We just want to thank Evans Pebane from PETport for excellent service. He brought everyone together and updated us constantly. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and arranged everything on our behalf. If the travel plans had to change (due to Covid restrictions and a backlog at the Australian Quarantine Facility), he was on top of it and we had a new plan within the next hour. It was so reassuring knowing that Kitty was well taken care of by BKC Pets. We received photo updates constantly and she even got treats. When she finally arrived, Sophie from Dogtrainers International handled everything on the Australia side. They were all incredibly professional from the beginning. Kitty flew with Qatar Airways from Johannesburg to Doha and then from Doha to Melbourne. Thank you for everyone who worked behind the scenes that we haven’t thanked.
