Bad start with another company, only Petport made our family complete.

I chose another company that was recommended to me by my moving company for my house things, as I was concerned that Petport prices looked a bit low and they didn't include the clearing agent, the moving company also recommended petport but I decided to go with the alternate. After loosing hope that my pets were never coming home to me with the company I was working with kept delaying and never getting any real dates or feedback of at least something that we could have hope for, I eventually decided, against my better judgement that I had nothing to loose by trying a company that was tens of thousands rands less, even with me having to pay the clearing person in Canada, they did offer to include it in the costing if I wanted to add it, but I decided not to do this as I had already lost my deposit if I was going to change companies and we just don't have money to throw away with our expensive and stressful move. I was just trying anywayI could to try get my pets home. Petport were absolutely amazing!! They also had airline problems, but they were HONEST with me about the reasons and what they were working with, 2 weeks, yes, 2 WEEKS is what I had my children home after weeks and weeks of unanswered emails, false promises and excuses from the company I was working with. Thank-you to these guys, their communication was brilliant and we even got updates on how our pets flight was tracking throughout the journey when I know that they should have been sleeping! Their kennels are amazing and our pets arrived looking happier than when we left them. Our family is complete and we are all looking forward to our life together, you made my daughters cry with happiness when our dogs came home, I cannot express my gratitude. Even though I lost my deposit with a previous company, I don't care, I saved so much money going through petport that it pales into insignificance with what I actually saved to my deposit that I paid for absolutely nothing. Petport, you guys are amazing, my children are home and I have a deep respect for what you actually do every day, I don't think I could deal with what you do, and how you do it so professionally every day. (I have all the email threads that they sent me to show how they were struggling but these guys never gave up.) You are awesome and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
