AMAZING TEAM! EXCELLENT SERVICE! African Grey Parrot relocation.

<p>WHAT AN EXCELLENT SERVICE! THANK YOU CHRISTINE and her TEAM!!! My mum and I were led down at the last minute by another agent on a Friday afternoon for travel 2 days later on Sunday night. Needless to say we were panicking and thought that all the hard work, months of planning and doing all the vet checks, getting all the documents, permits and health tests for our African Grey Parrot to travel to London was all for nothing. I was given Christine's name from an agent in London and boy was I relieved. Not only did they take this complicated booking (parrots travel is not as straight forward as for cats and dogs) but they managed to get everything booked and sorted in a couple of hours. Of course, more obstacles were around the corner, such as not having a clearance agent available on the day of travel, but Christine and her team managed to sort even that out. A lot of last minute work, stress and almost hair pulling moments. Our lovely Kirjusha was on board on the same flight as my mum and on her way to London. Christine, I cannot thank you and all your team enough. You have literally bent over backwards for us and I will never forget it! I am writing this with tears in my eyes just remembering both how stressful our situation was and how relieved we felt once we found PETport. The amazing service did not stop there, Christine kept phoning and checking on everything until Kirjusha was released in London and was safe at home. So from the bottom of mine and my mums heart THANK YOU!!! If you are looking at relocating your pet and are not sure who to use, look no further. I cannot recommend PETport enough!</p>
