Amazing, personalised service

I cannot shower enough praise onto Kendal from PetPort for her unwavering patience during a global pandemic and shortage of flights, helping us to get our Golden Retriever, Bear, from South Africa to the UK. She kept in touch with me over email and WhatsApp during the entire process, even at weekends, and answered my many (and probably sometimes unnecessary) questions with total support. Logistics during COVID are bad enough for human travellers, but a certain level of composure is required for dealing with animal transport, and Kendal has it in bucket loads. Highly recommended, excellent service all round. Thank you!
