Amazing care from all staff and affiliates!

I don’t have enough words to express how fantastic our experience was with PetPort, we flew our doggies from South Africa over to Ireland and it was honestly such an efficient and swift process, that felt so stress free and easy, purely because we have the most incredible team watching over our babies, updating us the whole way! We are beyond blown away by the care that was shown towards our boys along their trip!

A special thank you to Yvette, who tirelessly answered all of my questions that I sent through for months before the dogs flight date, Yvette also sent updates throughout the dogs flight, sending us pictures of them being prepped for their flight, and updates when they reached Dubai as to how they were doing, as well as sending my partner flight updates as the dogs and I were in the air. This constant communication from the start of the process all the way through the actual trip put us so at ease, as we knew that the utmost care was being shown to our boys!

Secondly, Anver Brown a huge thank you goes out to you! Anver was the amazing man that fetched our boys from our home address, he arrived with the biggest smile, explained how the whole drive from George to Cape Town would work, explained where he would stop along the way to check on the boys and to give them water. I was an emotional wreck when he came to fetch the dogs, he was so calm and reassuring. Seeing him greet each of the dogs with kindness and how he calmly interacted with the dogs was Amazing, to the point where my dogs just jumped into their crates on their own. Anver seeing that I was so worried offered to updated me along the drive to CT, he took my number and sent me a WhatsApp everytime he stopped, sending a video of my boys calmly resting in their crates. And then a video update of them arriving at their lovely kennel accomodation in CT. Anver also saw the dogs in CT the following day to collect their vet check paperwork, he then sent me a message to let me know that they were doing well and were very calm. Anver, your care and communication was above and beyond what I could have ever expected, when I met you I felt so assured that my dogs would be in the best care possible, thank you for checking up on them and letting me know how they were doing, I know this was just you going above and beyond and it was so highly appriciated!

Now we are also safely in Ireland, dogs are happy and calm as if nothing ever happened, so a big thank you to Petport and their affiliates that showed tremendous care to our boys, the doggies must have had a very calm trip as they are their usual happy boys! Thanks so, Paige.
