PETport and Pets Abroad UK arranged for our 1 year old cat to move from the UK to South Africa. Both companies worked hand in hand and kept us posted every step of the way. PETport arranged the import permit and all the SA logistics and in spite of potential delays due to the Christmas holidays, the pandemic (we were in the midst of the 4th wave), the whole process from initial phone call until Mr Saltsy arrived in Cape Town was only 5 weeks.

They answered all our queries and concerns timeously, including outside of working hours. Sam, our personal pet travel consultant, was outstanding. She even let us know within minutes of the plane landing in Cape Town (although I was following the flight path myself🛫🛬 ☺), and followed up a few days after he arrived home to find out how he has settled in.
