1-Star Review I paid R1,890.00 for pet food through *PetMad's* online store and never received my order. After weeks of excuses about stock delays, I was promised a refund. Five months later, I still have not received my money back. Messages are ignored, and all I've received are empty promises and the run-around. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly advise others to avoid it. ⭐
