Well done Zodwa Molefe and Team!

I have sent a couple of puppies in the past years and came to appreciate Zodwa and her team for doing an excellent job. I read negative comments and realised that The Pet Lounge have a strict process that they follow to confirm to IATA rules and their policies can frustrate people. These rules are there for a purpose and I am happy to conform to them.

My visits to the pet lounge has always been pleasant.
