Theft from my bag at the airport

I am beyond furious. But that will likely mean nothing to any of the BidAir team reading this. Tonight I experienced your crafty ******* at OR Tambo airport who cut into and ransacked my luggage and stole my belongings. I was further inconvenienced by having to complete forms and being told to report this to a police station. Here’s to your employees - really appreciate the disgusting service you give us in this country.
