Shocking Customer Service

Absolutely shocking customer service by this company as a whole, but specifically Zodwa Molefe! We were told to book our air tickets & then they would get our dogs onto the same flight, this was a month ago & still no contact! A week ago I left a message for someone in management to call me, but once again nothing! We are now R6000.00 down the drain with our air tickets & have had to consider driving! Its a pity as their advertising is great, but their interaction with new potential clients is atrocious!!!!
