Puppy transport fiasco

<p>I have used Bidair Cargo a few times to transport puppies to their new homes locally in South Africa. This time I had to get one to Harare, Zimbabwe. Dealing with Bidair Cargo in Johannesburg was quite a pleasure - specifically Refiloe - thank you, you were very helpful.... but the service locally in Port Elizabeth was terrible! The person taking my dog and booking it in was not aware of the proper procedure and could not correclty put the info into the computer after I supp**** the pre-booked Air Waybill number. As a result I only paid for part of my puppies' journey, and I was told the rest I needed to transfer, and the JHB office would phone me wit the amount (never mind I had the written quote on me). On being questioned later, the PE chap denied all of this and told the JHB office that it was me that requested to transfer money later, and that I didn't want to pay the full amount! A blatant lie! Why would I do that when I was standing there holding my credit card for him!? He just did not know how to correctly input the details into the computer! And to put my puppy at risk of being stranded far from me NO WAYS!! I am very angry!</p>
