Pleasant and helpful staff at Pet Lounge made an ordeal a pleasant experience

My puppy had to travel from Cape Town to Durban via Johannesburg. Her breeder had booked her on SAA and ai had to collect her at the OR Tambo international airport Pet Lounge before taking her back to Durban with me on CemAir. I was very pleasantly surprised by Pet Lounge. They gave me time and place to feed my puppy and calm her down. Staff were pleasant and helpful and even assisted me in getting a taxi back to the main passenger terminal after Uber let me down. They deserve credit for their great service and they helped turn a day I was dreading into one where everything fell seamlessly into place. Well done!
