Pathetic service
At 11.30 today I sent prepared food to Capetown and I was told by the assistant the package will arrive in Capetown at 16.30pm. When my daughter got to the airport she was told that the package was sent to JNB and they are sorry it will only arrive in Cape town at 10pm. How's that for service pathetic.
