The office at OR Tambo might as well not have a telephone. I have been trying to get hold of an agent at their Pet Lounge. After multiple calls and waiting for more than 30 minutes, someone eventually answered. As soon as I greeted them, they hung up the telephone. This is absolutely appalling service.
