Absolutely ********** customer service! Phoned to make a booking to fly a parrot from Durban to George, got told to request a booking via email. After going back and forth with a woman called Zodwa via email, she told me I must apply for a permit from cape nature and forward it to her, only then will she make the booking. I told her very nicely in the email that you do not require a permit for the specific parrot, as I had the same type of parrot flown to me 2 months prior and no permit was required. Zodwa never rep**** to my email. Tried phoning her but to no avail and so I never received confirmation of the booking. I then contacted SA airlink and within 3 minutes on the telephone the parrot was booked and arrived promptly this morning in George. Fantastic service at SA airlink. *********** staff at petlounge.
