Continuous Theft at Bidair Cargo and Bad Attitude

Been using BidAir Cargo for over 5 yrs, spending in excess of R100k for their services in transporting mobile phones for my business. In the last year,I've had numerous items ****** from their staff resulting in huge losses to my business both long & short term.Each time I take it up with Bidair cargo, they simply ignore it and say they are looking into it.But this time was the last. Last month they stole an item worth R14,000 & it was the last straw. After having no luck with two regional managers (Gerhard and Leon) who both resigned in a 2week period, I Eventually I took it up with Carl Davids (Managing Director) who has been ignoring me for days and eventually I had to show up at his office for him to take this seriously.His attitude is as bad as the rest of his staff,throwing his \terms & conditions"as his excuse to have his staff ***** parcels on ongoing basis.Instead of resolving the issue or at least offer a small apology after this is the 7th time we have had goods ****** under his management"
