Bad customer service

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism displayed by the team at Lanseria. In particular, Tshepo's conduct has been unacceptable and has fallen far below the standard of customer service one would reasonably expect.

His manner of handling the situation was unprofessional, and the lack of proper communication and courtesy made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and to receive clear, professional assistance.

I believe this matter should be taken seriously, and I would appreciate it being addressed appropriately to ensure that other customers do not have a similar experience.
