PET HERO

I have kittens and needed their food urgently as I forgot to order it earlier.

I went on site and started with my order but was worried about the delivery being late, so I called the contact number to enquire about the delivery.

I spoke to a friendly and helpful lady who was kind enough to check if they had the items I required. She also heard the concern in my voice and advised me to call her back with the order no.

I placed the order and called back and gave her the order no. and she said she will let me know when I can expect delivery.

It must be an hour later, I was called by her to let me know that my order was processed and packed for delivery the same day. She gave me approximate time of the delivery.

This order was delivered to me as promised.
