What a wonderful experience dealing with this company. Easy ordering system, speedy delivery, friendly and supportive staff. I made an error on my order and did'nt look at the specifications of the doggy ramp I ordered. Pethero agreed to refund me in full, collected my product pronto and I was the one that made the mistake. They even referred me to other suppliers to see if I can find the correct product to suit my senior doggy. Thank you so very much for this refreshing, excellent service :)
