Excellent service from checkout to delivery! :)

I have used Pet Hero a number of times and have received nothing but EXCELLENT service. Their prices are really competitive and they are super quick to deliver. I recently ordered an item and after the order was placed they informed me that they were out of stock, and refunded me for that item, no issues. Even the delivery guys are always super friendly.
