Worst service ever

Ordered food in November for the first time food arrived on Time and service was great. When we returned from holiday we soon realized that the food was going to arrive too late and had to purchase other food for him. We tried to cancel our order and was advised that it was under review and while under review they will suspend the order. Nope next minute debit order goes off on Monday, we had to return the food we purchased as we could not afford both. Our poor dog has been without his proper food since last week already. We were told the food would arrive yesterday then they promised today and now they keep responding with we are currently offline. Rediculous will never make use of their service again.also I need the food tommorow to my home address not work or my money back. It is that simple.
