Not Happy!
I've been a customer for 3 years at Pet Heaven and my orders are late MOST of the time with zero apologies or explanations. One of the drivers once took my order home because he was too tired to deliver. The company did not apologise for this when I reported it. I made another order on Friday morning, it's still hasn't been delivered till today. Im the one who had to call to find out what's happening with my order!!! This is the last time I'm placing an order at Pet Heaven! I write to them everytime my order is late and I get ignored! I have to spend extra money to buy my dog food cause my order is delayed!! So much for convenient and reliable!

Pet Heaven is tops
Excellent service. They checked best before expiry dates for me before shipping. I was battling to get get fresh Purina Proplan food. I was loyal to my local vet as my pet food supplier for many years. I had many problems over the years getting correct food delivered on time. Always had to collect my food. I'll only buy online from now on.
