Waste of time, effort and energy
What an utter waste of time, effort and energy. The site promises delivery within 24 hours. Granted. I ordered on a Saturday 25/9, so I expected my delivery to be processed on the Monday 27/9 for delivery 28/9. I get a message today My order will be delivered 4/October. If they couldn't deliver due to stock availability they should have blocked the order from processing on the app. Even the local pet shop does that, hence my ordering through their platform as they seemed to have stock availability.
I spent over R1000 on this app Only having to source additional dog food because they could only deliver 8 dats after due date
What a sham!

We aim for items to ship from our warehouse within 24 hours. We're very focussed on improving availability and also our proactive communication. We realise our current messaging is confusing and are about to deploy a tech fix to correct delivery promise dates.
