Thanks so much Pet Heaven for a lovely surprise with my order. My scheduled delivery did not allow me to put a specific code to claim a toy (which was not a big deal I just enquired). I emailed them and the feedback was brilliant- I still did not really expect to get a freebie at this stage but was overwhelmed with joy when the package arrived and there was a small bed in it!!!!!!!!!!! Now all our pets have their own nest. I am very impressed! Thanks again for providing great service!
