Terrible Service

I placed an order with pet heaven and paid online, was promised delivery by monday 03 Feb To date no delivery, the courier keeps claiming that they are delivering. I requested a refund and was promised that by today if no delivery, they will refund money, eventually there was no responses on the WhatsApp customer service. They do not have a proper number to call as well have trafing hours like 11am to 5pm and responses are useles. I just want my money back
