TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR NON DELIVERY OF ORDER

Placed and paid for an order on Sunday. According to the site my order would be delivered today (Wednesday). I especially took off work to be home to receive the delivery. The site still says my order is being processed. When I called I was told that there is a delay with an item but the others would be sent. I informed the rep that I couldn't take another day off from work and that the order had to be delivered today. I have been sent from pillar to post and everytime I am told that someone would call me back and I don't hear back and have to keep calling back. I have spent the past 45min calling and nobody answers. If there is a delay they had two days to inform me in advance so that I could make alternate arrangements. Extremely disappointed in the customer service. It is almost 4pm and I still have not heard back.
