Spectacular fall from grace. Disgusting

I have never had an issue with Pet Heaven. My scheduled deliveries have always arrived very quickly and any problems were very quickly and efficiently handled. Until now. My order, which should have been delivered on 30 December has not been delivered and there has been zero response via email and WhatsApp to my queries. I’m really not impressed with this at all.
