SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am still waiting for customer support feedback for a request logged on 9th December (it is now 23rd JANUARY!). I have sent multiple emails and received haphazard responses with no follow through. There is absolutely no way to get hold of this company - I have tried all possible channels. I will definitely be taking my regular business elsewhere. Absolutely shocking.
