Shocking bad delivery service. Pay first, delivery whenever!

Shockingly bad delivery service. I ordered 3 items and at checkout I received no estimated date for delivery. When the courier company did send me a message to alert me of the delivery, they sent the message 6 times, stating I must remain at the delivery address for the day to receive the goods. Curiously, i received nothing. I called the coueir company 4 times and they got irritated with me, at closing time, their manager, Brandon, had left for the day, not returned my call, and i received nothing. No update why i didnt get my delivery, no apology, no explanation why their driver was not contactable by them. But I did over hear their staff saying "i can't stand people like this" even though they promised a delivery, sent an sms, could not contact their own employees, did NOT deliver, failed to update.......but yes, that is the service delivery from Petheaven and their chosen service providers.
