Service is poor. If you have an issue with your order - It will not be solved

Communication is poor. I ordered items. I was supposed to receive to items free because of a promotion. They didn't ship anything until I contacted them. They said the items didn't ship due to 1 item not being there. So they gave me "Pet Points" then once I received the order another item was missing. I queried this, they said that this was an error and they would send me my missing item. Its been over a week with no communication and no delivery.
