Send stuff on your credit card without you ordering any.

Never purchase any pet products from Petheaven with a credit card because once they've got your number they send you stuff without you ordering any and deduct it from your card. I've purchased dogfood in September 2020 and on the 1st of December 2022 I've received food again without me ordering any. The R525 was pending on my FNB bank account. I've launched a dispute/***** claim and stopped my card on the 2nd but never the less the money went through on the 8th. According to the bank I had to launce a complaint with Petheaven because they couldn't help me. I did several time with no results.
