They don't answer phones. Don't answer emails. Take your money and don't even ship your items. As a **** apology they say "As an apology from our side we will try and speed up delivery". Delivery never to be seen. What an excuse for an apology. No help from the "support agents".

04 Oct 2021, 11:01Hi Mellisa, I'm sorry for any anxiety we may have caused. We aim for items to ship from our warehouse within 24 hours and allow 2 days for our courier to deliver to your door. We realise our current messaging is confusing and are about to deploy a tech fix to correct delivery promise dates. I'm relieved to see you did receive your food, but sadly a day later than we planned.
