Poor service

Not sure what your staff are doing there but my order has been cancelled now. I sent the below, only to discover that it is cancelled..

"Still says processing order. I need this urgently, please advise when it will be delivered so I know whether to cancel the order or not."

Where exactly do you see that I requested it to be cancelled??!! Can management please advise what is going on and when I will receive my order???
