Poor customer service and misleading delivery system

Poor customer service. I have been a long time buyer from Petheaven. But I was seriously disappointed with their service recently. I ordered dog food a week in advance and then their system showed an estimated delivery date. I kept checking and the estimated delivery date remained as it was. Then on the date it was supposed to be delivered, the date changed from a Thursday to the following Monday. Won't be dealing with them again.
