Petheaven is unreliable with 0 customer support

Petheaven is happy to take your money but does not even have the decency to answer their phones or fill scheduled orders that was paid. No explanation or notice for delays and when you email you are told it will take at least 24 hours for petheaven to respond. Aggravation is not worth the savings

Today is 6March This shipment was paid for and never delivered despite Petheaven sms. No explanation. Cannot speak to a person in customer care and was notified the may respond to emails within 24 hours. :Hi there Lizette,
