PET HELL

First few scheduled orders went well, and then all downhill from there. My last order was so later, I had to go buy pet food and after a week of requesting that they move the order out as I had already purchased food, it was still delivered. This after I was assured it would be moved and I will be refunded. This is the second time in 3 months that I have had such an uphill battle with this company regarding my orders. I will never use them again in future, and wish I read the reviews before I started supporting them. I have moved to another company, their prices are better and service is excellent.
