Pet Heaven - Worst service and communication

wish I read the reviews before ordering from them, worst service, worst communication, now waiting for a order to arrive that was supposedly cancelled and was going to be refunded. No replies to emails or whatsapp. Wish the business would see these reviews but they dont seem to care either way
