PET HEAVEN - NOT FOR EVERYONE

Watch out for this company, I ordered pet food and during the process expected to get the usual question regarding where and when you want your order delivered, they don't even have that option which you find out AFTER you have paid. When i queried this, i'm told in no uncertain terms that you can't select, their courier service will deliver when they can, no date or time can be decided. I did the obvious thing and cancel my order, low and behold they CHARGE you to cancel the order - 5%. disgusting! dishonest not to say upfront the details regarding their courier service! Maybe this is how they remain in operation...
