Pet Heaven I have been requesting an update via email and WhatsApp and you haven't reply to any of my emails.

Order was placed 29 November for 3 bags of 20 kg Amigo dog food.

I only received 2 bags on 3 JANUARY.

I am still waiting for the 3rd bag that was paid for in November.

No one responds to any of my queries.

When can I expect a response, or a refund or my 3rd bag of food which I paid for?

I have sent various emails and WhatsApp's to you and haven't received one reply.
