Pet Heaven, does not deliver

I have been using Pet Heaven for a few months. They offer a rewards service by which you get points based on your purchases above a certain amount, when I enquired about not receiving reward points after about three days answered, that they don't offer the reward system anymore. I told them, if this is the case, they should not advertise this on their site. I ordered food on the 29th of November 2022, and they keep on changing the ETA. The expected ETA has now moved from 3 December to 9 December, which is also not guaranteed. I now have to make alternative arrangements, since I am working far from home and my dogs are without food. Ever since I have been using the service their delivery was always a day or two late. It is a good service model, but if they don't deliver, I cannot keep on using their service.
