Pet Heaven can not deliver as promised on website

They promise a regular delivery - and you can schedule - they will diligently deduct the money of your account 2 to 4 days before delivery and a day before delivery they will inform you they have no stock and delivery is delayed - since it is pet food, it is inconvenient - in one case my delivery was delayed for weeks - it was for a tick repellent - do not use they can not deliver what they promise, but they will take your money even if they have no stock and then you must fight to get your money refunded.....
