Pet Heaven

The service from Pet Heaven left me with mixed emotions. The company offers a wide variety of good products for pet owners at somewhat reasonable prices. Ordering online, scheduled orders and deliveries are done timeously and efficiently. Communication from the support team is good, but the impression I received was that communication between the support team and management less so. The marketing strategy of offering free, good products to entice new business is commendable and understandable. It is just as important, if not more so, to keep your current, loyal customers content. The loyalty program needs to be improved to equal that of the customer.
