Payment made, no order received, no assistance or feedback on my order

I've been contacting their call centre, sending WhatsApp messages, and checking my order on their website, but I've received no response or help at all.

On Friday, July 26, my scheduled order was due to be delivered. I have not heard anything on the reason for the delay. My parcel cannot be tracked, and the call centre operators are unsure as to the whereabouts of my order.
