Pathetic Service with No Communication

I have waited over a week for a delivery that I ordered on 2 December to the value of over a R1000. There has been little to no communication and I ended up having to order a 12kg Hills Sensitive Skin and Coat from Pet Hero on Monday which I have already received since my dog food at home was depleted due to the late delivery! Shocking service to say the least!
