Pathetic Service Pet Heaven

Ordered on 25 Nov cat food. Got a message for delivery Tuesday 28th. No delivery received. Pet heaven keep apologizing and say they will get back to me. Which is not happening, I was even told daily the next day is delivery day. Phone lines every day an automated response. Whatsapp line no proper feedback. This place take your money then you sit without your order. Pathetic service
