Outstanding

I'm giving Pet Heaven this rating because of the manner in which they resolved an order error.

There was a mix up in the warehouse (which can happen). After informing me, I was contacted within the time they indicated they would and resolved it immediately, without asking me to jump through hoops, go for blood tests, prove that I'm not a robot and obtain a genealogy report.

After the correction was effected, I received a follow up call to confirm that I was happy with how the issue was resolved.
