Order not received

Useless online store. They state order collected and in transit but you never receive your order as per delivery date on the invoice. We waited the entire day for our order and nothing was received. No communication for the delay in delivery. No update on the app. Not mention the useless customer service. Back to Takealot for me as they are more reliable.
