NOT MOST LOVED ONLINE PET SHOP

I placed an order on Monday the 03/10/2022, first time ever I am using online pet store but thought their website says 3 days delivery, largest and most loved online pet store, so thought it would be so convenient not having to go to the Pet Shop. Its the 5th today and their link to parcel progress says it is expected to be deliver on the 10th? All of the items says Shipped from Cape Town, Im in Paarden Eiland. So cant understand why it would take so long, but the worst is trying to call them.. You go to automated voice saying whatsapp or email. Which I did but emails only get rep**** to in 24hours. Whatsapped them as well asking as it shows not even picked yet but have a feeling it will be pointless. I emailed asked for a refund and to cancel the order as I will need to get my cat's food from pet shop, will see how long that takes.
