Non-existent customer service!

I have a scheduled delivery that was processed on Friday for delivery on Monday. I have to date not yet received my delivery nor been contacted by Pet Heaven to advise of any delays or issues. I tried yesterday to 1. Call them, 2. WA them, 3. email them and NOTHING!! This is really terrible customer service which is not my prior experience with this organization and I've been a customer for years now.
