No sense of urgency and horrible courier services

Their courier service is horrible, my puppy's food was supposed to be delivered over 6 days ago (30July 2024). The last update I received 5 days ago was that they loaded my order onto the vehicle, I guess it's still loading. This is the 2nd time my order gets delayed by the courier. I enquired with Pet Heaven on 02 Aug 2024, they said they're checking. Today is 05 Aug 2024, Pet Heaven has not given me feedback nor has my order been delivered. Clearly it's no longer their business since they've already taken my money. Now I must spend more money to buy emergency food for my puppy.
